Yo, I just checked this out! It appears that about 75% of the trailer was actual in-game cuts. I'm jumping hoops through my own sphincter. If the battle system and actual game are decent, then we are in for a whole new FF experience. Let's hope that Enix does this any justice.

I want this quite bad. However, I'm not entirely sure if I'm willing to whip out 500 dollars for the PS3 /bitchrant/. I'll see about it when it comes down. However, what I've seen, it's almost orgasmic.

The Girl was codenamed "Lightning" since she doesn't even know bout herself too.. she will be having a two ally too.. a man with a sniper and a girly pink hair carrying a bow... a devastating!!! agagaggaga!!

Dont wet your knickers over this yet guys. This game has been delayed into late 2008/'09 I heard. Its also rumoured to become multiplatform... A lot can happen in such timespan so im sort of hoping its going to become one of the PS3 exclusives Sony so desperately needs.

yeah I'm definitely hoping its exclusive...I would hope that even if I werent getting a PS3 for christmas :P The trailers look bitchin' though....good old fashioned mystic talk of crystals and shit....good classsic stuff...glad to see FF getting back to basics in their stories :D

This game looks to be shaping up to be the best yet. I know that part of my feelings are inspired by the let down I felt FF 12 was. I realize that it was probably a great game and many people loved it, but it just never captivated me. I never felt like I was playing Final Fantasy. Anyway, FF 13 looks like good stuff so far and I can't wait... now if I only had a PS3.

yeah....but it all started with....."The Crystal" 4 and 6 held that up (which were the first two widely played FF's....then 7...never got a mention of a crystal cept for the materia but it was never referred to as "the crystal" then 8 went so far away from that concept it was even funny...but it had the cool "the Sorceress" edge to it so I was okay with it. Then we find out that 2,3 and 5 were pretty much about the crystal again so we see that it was a big thing back in the beginning....9 comes out and its all cutsie and ends up having a really solid story...but nothing about a crystal that I can remember...10? again no crystal...same with X-2 and 12....but before 12 came out crystal chronicles came out on the cube and I never played it...but crystal was in the name...good stuff...and now we hear talk of crystals again finally after 6 games of no crystal talk 13 goes abck to basics :)

Isnt magicite a vital part of FF12's story? Thats a mineral/rock/crystal I suppose.
