Most emotional moment in a game And it can be any emotion - sadness, anger, fear.
Sadness - That would have to be Silent Hill 1; the Lisa scene, or FFX where Tidus finds out about Yuna.
Fear - Pretty much any part of Fatal Frame. :P
So, what's yours? :D

*Spoiler warning*
Fear - Oh man, It was the scene with the Bathtub in Eternal Darnkess. Damn, I was too afraid to touch the remote for the next 15 minutes.
Awe - The end cutscene in Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne. I tremble each time I watch it. It is the coolest thing Ive ever seen in a videogame. Seriusly.
Sadness - Grim Fandango, the Scene where Salvator dies. I loved that character.

God, I have to agree with the Lisa (SH1) scene and the FFX thing or where Yuna tries to hug Tidus at the end of the game and she just passes through him. As a matter of fact, I felt some sort of infinite sadness for the entire FFX game. I don't know what it was, but it just made me feel like I was at a funeral throughout the whole game.
DKK- 01-11-2006
have you played X-2 yet cowboy?
emeraldrover- 01-24-2006
im playin final fantasy 4, i think it was 2 in america but im not sure, its the one with cecil, kain, rosa and rydia.
iv played it for bout 15 hours now and and a charachter has died roughly every hour.
It doesnt have the same impact anymore.
palom and porom was fairly sad but now they're droppin like flies.
Fury of Polaris- 01-24-2006
Yeah, it was 2 over here when they first brought it over for the SNES.
And yeah, FFIV is definitely the king of unemotional sacrifice.
DKK- 01-24-2006
it was sad when Palom and Porom died the first time through...and (SPOILERS!!!!
Tellah towards the end)
but after playing through it the first time it becomes less emotional because most get saved at the end. I loved the story of FFIV but your right...a lot of people take the big one for the team.
Fury of Polaris- 01-24-2006
**Final Fantasy 4 SPOILERS all over the place**
**SPOILERS, I said SPOILERS!!**
**STOP READING! AAHHHHHHH!!!!**
Aye. Palom and Porom are sad because they're the first... And Tellah, too, since he's the real one. But by the time Cid makes his sacrifice, you're just waving your hand in the air going "Been there, done that."
And of course in the end it's all moot since nobody except Tellah actually dies.
1. Saddest-- When Final Fantasy VIII ended. I never wanted it to. Ever. But, I think the one I cried to is the Burning Orphanage in Chrono Cross. :( I really disliked playing on that.
2. Fear-iest (Lol)- When the Kusabi was around on Fatal Frame 2. Oh man, I'll never forget that.
emeraldrover- 10-11-2006
I too wanted ff8 to never end, now that I remember, I was pretty sad.
Lokpulver- 01-17-2007
All the sad bits of Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 and 3 almost had me in tears. Damn that game.
