The Rituals **Spoilers**
Ok, I haven't beaten the game yet, Kirie is hard to kill! Anyway, throughout the game, we hear of different rituals (Strangling ritual, blinding ritual). What I was wondering was, are all of these rituals done with the Rope Shrine Maiden or are there different people for each ritual? I'm sure I could figure this out for myself if I played it through again, but I'm impatient to know the answer. :P

Different people. The ghosts who suffered the blinding ritual can be seen throughout the game. EDIT: Oh, I don't remember the strangling ritual as well as the blinding ritual, probably because it was less gruesome. But I'm pretty sure it's also performed on somebody other than the Rope Shrine Maiden.

The Rope Maiden, In the first fatal frame, it was Kirie.. but in FF3, She was not, it was the new Rope Maiden.. She accept to be Sacrifice, But naturally i don't know it was kirie or not... But you know what, that Rope maiden was easily to kill... A little bit. ^_^

Ok, I'm a little clearer on everything now that I've read the notes through again, while I was transcribing them. So the Blinding Ritual happens 10 years before the Strangling ritual. I'm assuming that its supposed to symbolise the beginning of the Rope Shrine Maiden being cut off from the outside world. In the Strangling Ritual document, it says the maiden must be cut off from the outside world for a certain number of days. If you add them up, it equals 10 years. At least, that's what I think. :D

Yes, and they says that Kirie and Blinded was at the same age when they was chosen for the ritual. So Blinded is not Kiries mom. ^^

Yes, the blinded it was not kirie's mom, I think the new Rope Shrine Maiden was KIZUNA HIMURO or something... That was i saw in the game. :D

For a while, I thought one of the kids that went missing with Mikoto was used in the Blinding ritual, but I guess that's not possible as the last Strangling ritual happened before Mikoto and her family ever lived in the mansion. Unless I'm mistaken of course. :P

The last Blinding Ritual/Demon Tag Ritual is performed at the Himuro Mansion successfully in 1827. Than 10 years after, 1837, Strangling Ritual at Himuro Mansion fails. From 1875-1889 Mikoto is born. From 1882-1899 Mikoto gets missing and Yae kills herself. Mikoto is around 7 years old, and than *FAMILY TREE SPOILER* gets adopted by her father's friend Mr. Hinasaki. *FAMILY TREE SPOILER ENDS*
