I think Uber may be referring to the fact that everything James experiences in SH is draw from his psyche.
Alright thanks for clarifying that Cap. Now, back to the topic at hand- considering what Uber said, it is a possibility that the prisoner could be representative of James' psyche. On the other hand though, it seems from what Cap said that the prison "monsters" are saying "ritual" and that doesn't seem to make much sense in James' context.

Though most of the direct experiences of James in SH are drawn from parts of his psyche just like V.1 is formed from Alessa's mind there are plenty of "things" which are just general SH ambience, creatures and paranormal activity which are left over or drawn from all of the town's history.

I've asked a few people this and they never heard it, but in one part of the prison where its just a hallway and some cells.. you hear some groaning and then what sounds like someone talking. I had to turn my volume all the way up to try and understand what it says and I still can quite figure it out. Anyway, the point of this is.. has anyone else heard it? And if you have, what's it saying? (I've been freaked out by this for a while because no one else has heard it.)
