Two mysterious figures... - Conjurer - 03-04-2024

Does anyone ever wonder who those two unknown men were in the hospital scene that talked about the God in Alessa's womb? For sake of discussion..

Dahlia: Everything is going according to plan, sheltered in the womb
Man #1: But it's not done yet. Half the soul is lost. That is why the seed lies dormant.
Man #2: And what soul remains captured in that Husk. Is buried deep down in the subconscious
Kaufmann: Are you trying to say it won’t work? That wasn't our agreement!
Dahlia: No, No these are just stalling tactics. If we lend a hand we will be able to get power. Never fear the promise shall not be broken.
Man #1: But the power we can draw now will be very weak. Almost nothing. Unless we get the other half of the soul.
Dahlia: We'll use a magical spell. Sealing the child's pain is sure to come.
Man #2: But that will take time.

These guys obviously know alot about the means to summon God, almost experts, I highly doubt they are just random men pulled from the Holy Women Sect. Wait...men?

I am betting they are cult priests, probably one is Jimmy Stone. I don't think they're doctors but rather part of Dahlia's entourage or something, high cult members checking in on the progress of the ritual.

Yup, similiar to what I was thinking. I thought that perhaps it's Jimmy Stone and George Roston since they're for both ideas of the sects.

That sounds most likely to me as well.

The only problem is, Jimmy Stone is bald. So, perhaps one of them is George Roston [who seems to be experienced in spiritualism if he's able to put Valtiel into Walter's mind].

I doubt Jimmy Stone was always bald, and the scene is in the past.

Lets also remember that the knowledge of the Valtiel sect didn't exist until SH4 [which wasn't even originally going to be a game].

A lot of what we discuss wasn't around for SH1, at the time the two figures were probably not given names and just there to further the story. Team Silent started really putting together and tying in the cult and its inner workings after V.1 was already made.
