So... in the song Rain of Brain Petals with the three voices edited in.. who are they? Is there a commonly accepted idea of who's who or should I be asking who do you guys think they are.

Well in my opinion the first one is either Alessa or Claudia, the second one is Heather, and the third either Samael or a different SH god.

This song is from the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack, so we have to look at it from the perspective of this game.

Memory of Alessa. "I am the first" refers to the original Alessa, born from Dahlia. "Shadow at the end of the hallway" refers to the time warp images Harry sees before descending to meet the god at the end of V.1. "I spin the carousel, the laughter recedes away" is talking about the meeting of the Memory of Alessa and Heather in the amusement park of V.3. "Finger on your lips I stole something precious" is the memory talking about the splitting and combining of souls, stealing the innocence of a little girl not once but twice. First time when split and created Cheryl, second time when began again the birth of the god.

This is Cheryl. "The second alone in a faceless crowd" is talking about Cheryl, the second born from the same soul. "A human caught in a monochrome dream" refers to Cheryl appearing in the tv from V.1 and V.3 mall. The tvs are all in monochrome, not color. "I scream to wake up, my voice drowns deep underground" refers to Cheryl calling for Harry to save her, and the fact that Cheryl remembers Alessa being held in the basement of the hospital. "Only the dead can hear me, see me" refers to the fact that throughout V.1 Cheryl is only seen in Alternate and Otherworld Silent Hill after the crash. She is never seen in the land of the living (Normal Silent Hill).
As of this moment I have not deciphered the last verse. Give me time.

I was thinking Alessa/Cheryl/Heather as well. Being in V.3 it would seem to show the transitions over the games/years. The last with the more deity like overtones would suggest Heather possessed or simply as she was with the new god growing inside her.
