Consider the situation though. What's the main reason that these people want Heather to live?
To bring forth a God that will do no good.
Vincent wants Heather dead for his own selfish reasons.
It seems both Alessa (will the memory of her that clings to the place) and Stanley want to kill Heather in order to stop God and to make Heather happy.
