Dahlia's "original" plan for Alessa?

Dahlia: It would make everyone happy, and it's for your own good to.
Alessa: Oh, but mommy I just want to be with you. Just the two of us, please understand.
Dahlia: I see. Maybe mommy has been wrong.
Alessa: Mommy ?
Dahlia: Why didn't I see this before? There's no reason to wait. Herein lies the mother's womb, containing the power to create life. I could have done it all myself !

*Ahem* From what I can gather from this, Dahlia wanted to use Alessa for another purpose besides using her as a Holy Women for God and we all know she was being raised as a priestess. What teeny bit of power was she going to use? And why?

I believe it's possible that Dahlia after realizing of Alessa's powers believed she could be a conjurer of the God. (A genderless role btw).

It was when Dahlia realized that Alessa was a girl that she made the "mother of God" realization
