Killing Maria

Anyone else enjoy doing this?

I got so annoyed in having to escort her around. The way she always got in the way of objects, stood in front of monsters when you tried to kill them, and didn't run for crap making you walk everywhere.

I spent so much time just using different weapons to kill her. My favorite place is in the hospital nurse's lounge. Perfect spot to take out the chainsaw and chop her head off.

Maria is one of my favorite characters. I enjoy having her around. Even tough she does get annoying. I just can't believe the creators got her look from Christina Aquilera. No offense to Christina fans, but Christina has no respect for herself.

Anyway. I did kill Maria once but because my little brother got the control, and was like "She Scary looking!"............BANG! I was like "Whoa... She is not! She so Friggin' hot! I would so love to have her hair!" LOL

Basically it's a ritual that everytime I'm about to take a break and turn off SH2, I'd save and then beat Maria to death with a stick or take her out with a chainsaw. Just because.

I never thought she was hot. I saw the appeal, but I always thought, if there was any chance of getting with a girl from any game, I'd probably go with one of the girls from Final Fantasy X or Final Fantasy X-2. Besides, Maria's a demon...I'm pretty sure that's against the laws of nature (as would be doing it with any video game character, I suppose...)

Maria never really got in my way so I never had the urge to kill her. But in most other games I like to just see if I can kill my allies. Which is why I was disappointed when I couldn't in Half-Life 2

And as for Maria, I never purposely killed her. I might have purposely killed her, if she wasn't busy throwing her body in front of all my bullets. I swear, that woman is suicidal.

All this talk about video game girls...*sigh*

Basically, every game you're in if you have a tag along, at some point they're going to piss you off and you're going to yell at them and, if it's an option, you're going to want to kill them. I was a little pissed off in SH4 when I couldn't kill Eileen. The minute I realized she was too much of a wuss to climb down the ladder, I wanted to take the bat to her. Oh no, let me climb back through the subway, endure the wrath of four ghosts at the same time, and climb that stairway to hell because you can't grit your teeth and climb down a ladder!

And Maria was just stupid; she'd stand RIGHT NEXT to a monster while I was trying to take it out, looking nonplussed the whole time. And then she wants to bitch at you because you left her to die later in the hospital? She didn't seem to concerned when she was getting hit with a stick because she didn't have the IQ to cower behind me!

I killed maria a couple of times... although it was at the ending when you're supposed to :p I've never had the urge to kill her before, I just yell at my TV when she gets in the way
