Which Silent Hill game did you play first?

I think I played these in order, in fact I'm sure I did. SH1 was definitely the first I played anyway, borrowed ii from my mums boyfriends son, well, I say borrowed.... Razz Anyway I was only like 11 or something at the time and it freaked me out, I didn't actually complete til a couple of years after! I remember as well...

When you die at the beginning, I was like... "OKAY, what did I do wrong?! I couldn't kill them!! This is so unfair!!!" Really baffled me.
